Services Description

Chef Derin Culinary provides:

• ORISUN private dining experiences
• Culinary consultation services
• Recipe books and digital content
• Cultural dining events and workshops
• Brand collaboration and partnership opportunities

Booking and Payment Terms

ORISUN Dining Experiences

• Bookings require advance payment or deposit as specified
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
• Dietary restrictions and allergies must be communicated at booking

Recipe Books

• Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
• Physical products are shipped within 3-5 business days
• All sales are final unless the product is defective

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
• Arrive on time for scheduled dining experiences
• Respect the dining environment and other guests
• Follow any dietary or safety guidelines provided
• Not reproduce or distribute copyrighted recipe content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to recipes, images, videos, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Dr. Aderinsola Awofala (Chef Derin) and is protected by copyright laws.

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission
• Recipe books are for personal use only
• Commercial use of any content requires explicit licensing agreement

Limitation of Liability

Chef Derin Culinary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

• We are not responsible for food allergies or dietary reactions if proper notice was not given
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• Force majeure events may result in service modifications or cancellations
